1. You will receive an email with a link when you place an order. Click on that link.

2. Login with the user name and password that you provided during checkout.

3. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page to - Download Links

4. The audio file(s) you ordered will be displayed as a link(s) under - Download Links.

5. To begin your download, click on a link. You will be prompted to save the file to your PC. Choose a location to save the file – preferably in your ‘Music’ folder.

6. Repeat step #5 for every link under the ‘Download Link’ - if you ordered more than one audio message.

7. You will notice that the files you downloaded a compressed (zipped). You will therefore need a zip utility program to unzip the files. There are 2 popular programs (Winzip and WinRar) You may download either of both using the links below if you do not already have one installed on your PC.

8. Zip utility links: http://winzip.com or http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm. Be sure to download the version that is right for your Operating System.

9. After installing the program and unzipping the file(s), simply click on the unzipped file to start listening to the audio message.

10. You may also transfer the audio file(s) to your iPod. To do that, simply launch your iTunes program, search for the files that you unzipped and sync with your iPod. It's that easy.
